What is your return policy?

We accept returns on any unopened and unused products purchased from www.epirxskin.com with proof of purchase within 30 days of purchase date confirmation for an exchange.


If you purchased your products from one of our authorized retailers, please contact them for assistance.


All packaging and/or wrapping and tamper resistant seals must be intact; otherwise the item will be considered unfit for re-sale and will not be accepted for refund or an exchange.


We will only proceed with the exchange or refund upon receiving the product. Please note that delivery charges incurred previously will not be refunded. Please reach out to us at info@epirxskin.com with your order number and your reason for return.


Items that are purchased during sales or using a promotion code are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
Exchanges are one time only.

Do I have to pay for return shipping?

Yes. Please use a shipping service that will provide a tracking number. If return items are lost during its shipment back to us, we cannot issue a refund. Also, underpaid returns may not be delivered to us and therefore will not be processed.
