Are epi-rx products suitable for all skin types?

Our skincare is developed and tested with dermatologists and contain effective yet safe ingredients that are suitable for all skin types, including sensitive and acne-prone skin. With every single new skincare product that you introduce to your routine, it is advised to conduct a patch test to ensure that your skin tolerates the product well.

Are your products cruelty-free?

At epi-rx, we strive to be conscientious and care for our planet and all its inhabitants. Our products are never tested on animals.

Do you ship internationally?

How long will it take for my order to be shipped?

Upon check-out and payment confirmation, we will take 1-2 working days to process your order before shipping it out to you.

How long do I have to wait before a product is restocked?

Due to high demand and our commitment to ensure every batch of products passes the stringent quality control stage, some of our products may go out of stock from time to time. However, we ensure that products that are out of stock will be restocked as soon as possible, usually within 2 - 3 weeks.
